We manufacture our products on demand primarily for two reasons: 

  1. Sustainability: By producing on demand, we drastically reduce waste and the use of resources compared to traditional manufacturing. We don’t stockpile items which may eventually go unsold and therefore discarded. It’s a way for us to actively combat the prevalent waste issue in the fashion industry and ensure we’re doing our part for the planet.
  2. Quality: On-demand manufacturing allows us to focus on each piece we create, ensuring the final product meets our high-quality standards. It enables us to maintain quality control on a per-item basis, something that can be lost in mass production.

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Peak periods may experience longer processing times. 

Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. They are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Please note that we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by issues beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the destination. Additional charges for shipments to remote areas or bulky or heavy items may apply. These charges, if applicable, will be calculated and added during the checkout process.

Yes, we offer international shipping. However, please note that orders shipped to destinations outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation email.


Our return policy governs the return of merchandise purchased from, including customized products. You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as received, in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact, and include the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase. Personalized or custom-made items, items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, and merchandise that has been damaged, altered, or modified by the customer are not eligible for return. If the merchandise meets the return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team at within the Return Period, providing your order number, a detailed description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs or documentation.

Upon receiving your request, our Customer Support team will review the information provided and, if the return is approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.

Pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, ensuring that the RMA number is written on the outside of the package.

Ship the merchandise using the provided return shipping label within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the RMA number and return shipping label. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).

If you’ve received an incorrect item or it’s damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Support team at within the Return Period, providing your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or documentation. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label if the return is approved. We will cover the shipping costs for the return in such cases. +

Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility. If deemed eligible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days. If the merchandise does not meet the return eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and decline a refund, and the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
