1. Introduction

This Return Policy (“Policy“) governs the return of merchandise purchased from SmokingAstronauts.com (“Website“), including customized products, and is applicable to all customers (“Customer“, “you” or “your“). By making a purchase from the Website, you agree to be bound by this Policy. The Smoking Astronauts primarily offers customized products, all orders are custom-based and tailored to the individual needs and preferences of the Customer. Smoking Astronauts reserves the right to amend this Policy at its sole discretion, and such changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on the Website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for any updates or changes.

2. ReturnPeriod

You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise (“Return Period”) to request a return of the merchandise. If the fourteenth day falls on a non-business day or public holiday, the Return Period shall be extended to the next business day.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• Include the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Any merchandise that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Support team at customerservice@smokingastronauts.com within the Return Period, providing your order number, a detailed description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs or documentation.
• Upon receiving your request, our Customer Support team will review the information provided and, if the return is approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.
• Pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
• Ship the merchandise using the provided return shipping label within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the RMA number and return shipping label.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Inspection and Refund

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Smoking Astronauts will inspect the merchandise to confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the merchandise is deemed eligible for a return, Smoking Astronauts will issue a refund to the original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days.

If the merchandise does not meet the return eligibility criteria, Smoking Astronauts reserves the right to refuse the return and decline a refund. In such cases, the merchandise will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

6. Exceptions

The following merchandise is not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
• Merchandise that has been damaged, altered, or modified by the customer.
• Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Smoking Astronauts be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with this Policy.

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Smoking Astronauts is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
